Placed an order for a cheese pizza with stuffed crust, was told 5 min wait time which is normal and expected. 10 min later they show me the pizza and it’s burnt, they apologized and said they were gonna remake it. So I said ok no big deal, waited again 10 min and once again they tell me it’s burnt and if I want to wait they’ll remake it… I asked for a refund and one was issued without any issues. If you’re going to buy a pizza other than a hut n ready I wouldn’t recommend this place.

we ordered pizza for pick up on Super Bowl Sunday. My friend and my other half went to pick it and they gave it to some one else it happens oh well I did call the store to say sorry and the lady I flak was varry apologetic

STRONGLY SUGGEST ORDERING ELSEWHERE. FOOD POISONING IS NOT WORTH IT. Many times over the past 10 years I have ordered the pizza. It's a dice roll if i get sick from the food, being significantly more common in the last year. Happened again last night, after waiting with another customer for five to ten minutes around 845pm (closes at 10pm) for someone to even greet us and take our orders, and that after multiple times calling out into the empty kitchen. Rude as it is, a loud whistle is the only thing that ended up getting a response, and that was a just a male shout and another few minutes wait until a woman came out from the back and rather rudely took the orders. Should have just left and gone ELSEWHERE. Last time I'm giving this location a chance.

Love the pizza here I normally get it in Camarillo cause that's were I lived but I decided Pick up pizza here for my kids. But when I pick up my pizza it was small i order a stuff crust pizza with pepperoni. I decided to go back and see what happen. Anthony who was awesome in checking my pizza he said he would make me a new one and he did say it was small for that size pizza. He was great and handle the issue right away. He has good customer service and knows how to treat his customers. Anthony needs to be decoy for his hard work and for his excellent crusty service. Because of him I will be returning to this location.

Communication was poor and service wasn't that great... I ordered a pizza and went to pick it up after I got the message it was ready and by the the time I got to the front of the line and paid the cashier just walked away - she didn't tell me she was going to prepare it or that they were waiting on something either. After 15 or so minutes she came back with my food but this was the same with everyone that was in front of me in line as well, the customers behind me were actively saying how frustrated they were seeing as they all had pick ups as well. It was overall just disappointing
