I live in the Midwest and desperately needed a fabulous gift for a friend that lives near Luvbug. I misunderstand the shipping policy and contacted the company after ordering. Cary responded so quickly and resolved the shipping issue by giving it to me?. She informed me that these amazingly delicious cookies would be united with my friend the very next day. The friend was overjoyed with the cookies (snicker doodles in particular). I am indebted to Luvbug for fixing my mistake...
Without a doubt the best cookies I’ve ever had!!!!! Unbelievably good. Every person I have gifted a batch to has the exact same response, often times asking me to get more when they are finished. Shipping and customer service has always been exceptional, as well as the packaging & presentation. Ran by some amazing people, truly cannot say enough!!!!
