I just wanted to take the time to comment on the exceptional customer service that Thana provided when I visited the Starbucks located inside the Ralph's in Moorpark, CA. on 9/30/24. She was extremely polite as well as efficient! I don't usually take the time to comment however it is rare to find someone who is so bright with such a good work ethic, I did not want her to go unrecognized!

I've been going to this Starbucks location for over a year now after moving to Moorpark, just down the street, and I've had nothing but GREAT experiences here! So I have no idea what these 1 and 2-star reviews are about or what their true agenda is, but this Starbucks is always fast, reliable and accurate with the over 250+ orders I've placed at this one specific location. I usually place my order via the Starbucks mobile app and it's always ready when I get there, fresh and hot. This store can get pretty busy at certain times during the morning so maybe everyone reviewing this just happens to get there when they're very busy and doesn't have the common sense to simply order online with the app. Yes, it is mostly high school and college kids working there, but they do a really good job. So keep up the great work guys, you're doing awesome!!!
