Love this place it is so quick and fast its by my work, prices are right the customer service is excellent, I enjoy the pike coffee for a pick me up, it is only 2 dollars and some change also, I am probably always going to come on my breaks to get coffee, thank you team. COVID safe also

Went in today to get myself a Starbucks and met Capri(I hope I've spelt her name correctly) I had a private conversation with her that made me absolutely adore her and appreciate her dedication in getting peoples orders exactly how they ask for it. I think she is a very sweet girl and I love her genuine and pure attitude. I'm very happy she took the time to listen to me and care for her customer service. She's just one more reason that I LOVE this Starbucks and wouldn't go anywhere else for my addiction to their delicious drinks. Thank you Capri for talking with me and brightening my day, keep on being amazing.

The worst customer service. This didn't happen once but TWICE. I would patiently order my drink when fifteen minutes past by and I notice people who ordered their drinks after me got their drinks before me. I was confused so I asked and they FORGOT ABOUT MY DRINK. Absolutely absurd but that was only the first time. The second time I came in same thing happened, people after me got their drinks before me. I asked and they said mine was the next one coming. Makes absolutely no sense when my drink is standard and they are out here giving people who ordered AFTER ME their drinks before which was a more complex coffee drink. I do believe this has to do with because I am a woman of color and the folks that would get their drinks before me were white. This staff is racist and it is has showed me their disgusting customer service not once but TWICE. Definitely recommend going to another location. There is no way these incident were a coincidence. I'm quite honestly disappointed.
