This is one of the best Starbucks in the area! I drive 30 minutes just to be able to experience the great customer service. They never get my drink wrong and are super nice workers. Sometimes it does take a while but it’s understandable. The lobby is huge with plenty of tables to study. There is plenty of parking and accessibility. Ashley is one of the nicest baristas there. She always makes me feel welcomed.

Arrived after placing an order at 654pm the employee inside said that they close their doors at 7pm the drive thru remains open until 8pm either change the hours online or stop closing early.

So i went through the drive through with my father. We ordered a Iced latte and got to the window and paid. Ricki the barista was very rude i have never experienced such a bad experience at Starbucks. He was to busy on his phone and talking to other employees that he couldn’t even acknowledge us or ask how the morning was going. Management get your shit together that is totally unacceptable. Ricki handed us a hot latte and my father told him its supposed to be ice. He insisted that we didnt order it iced and continued to be rude. No thank you or anything just completely rude.

Rude employees here ! Bad and slow service ! Especially Toni she is very rude! She needs to find a new job she is very unfriendly and unprofessional she has had a bad attitude on multiple occasions, and is very snappy ! I do not appreciate this behavior!
