Stumbled upon this gem while at the Don Green Invitational track meet at the high school across the street and had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Frank. He was so welcoming and helpful. It is apparent that this establishment is a pillar in this community, with several accolades posted on the wall from local kid sports teams and the city. I also learned about their nonprofit efforts to allow them to continually give back to the community, embracing the values of being good and doing good. I'll continue to come back if we're ever in the area because it's easy to support and get behind their mission. Money well spent. Such a sweet spot in Moorpark. Everything we tried was delicious and their Protein Bowls hit the spot for me. Check them out, support local, and say hi to Frank! The poke bowls were the best I've ever had (and I've tried ALOT of places). The fish was so fresh and tasty! I got the poke tuna, imitation crab, and salmon for my proteins. The topping and sauces were unlimited. The mango boba was SO GOOD too and made with natural ingredients. NO ARTIFICIAL flavor here!! The owner was so friendly and gave great recommendations since this was my first time here. Great vibes, great hospitality, DELICIOUS FOOD. Definitely coming back and putting my loved ones on THANK YOU!

I knew the Ruvalcabas when they owned a different business. They are dishonest, knowingly violate laws and regulations in order to take advantage of customers and benefit themselves, and then attempt to argue when you call them out.

I love Surf Boba's Acai bowls! Not too sweet and always delicious. I've never had the poke. The owners are kind and I love supporting local business but they do need more employees. On weekends the wait for a simple thing can get pretty long.

I'm always a little nervous when places claim to have both poke and boba. It's usually too good to be true. Alas, a place that is truly superior at both continues to elude me, but this was a pleasant place for lunch. The poke tasted decently fresh, with tasty salmon cubes. Just a warning, their imitation crab comes in chunks, which I know is probably more authentic, but I always like my crab shredded up. They served it in this tiny container, which made it difficult to eat without spilling toppings every time. The musubi was good, just a teensy bit on the dry side for the spam. The mango passionfruit quencher tasted a little too much like bottled supermarket juice for my taste; the pineapple one is better. Boba was not terrible, but it was on the mushier side unfortunately. It didn't have a really good chew to it. Ambience is nice, with the Hawaiian decor. Employees were very nice, and went out of their way to point out that the musubi sauce was a bit spicy, and offered to bring me other sauces. A+ for service.

The owners are very warm spirited, accommodating, and always take the time to make sure customers are happy. I'm always greeted with a smile and the food/smoothies are consistently fresh tasting. The service and AMAZING frank is the best employee you can have there he is the best. The layout and the theme is the best it feels like you are at the beach it is really refreshing to have a drink and the poke bowls are so filling
I order every week mostly every other day on doordash, i always get avocado toast and a smoothie with extra boba. Lately they been messing it up . How tf do i not get extra boba from surfs boba when it says on the sticker lmao? Also my avocado toast wasnt even toasted. Last time i buy from here, loved it but today was the last straw

I love to come to surf boba with friends on weekends or after games, the manager Frank is a really nice guy. Please be patient with the staff, they usually have 2-3 people! Frank taught me and my brother how to make our own signature! I recommend getting the matcha with boba! I also love getting the açaí bowl with strawberries and granola! The staff are the best! They make me feel very comfortable!

A go-to spot for lunch since their poke bowls are super customizable (you can even get things like teriyaki chicken in it if you aren’t a fan of poke). Quick and fantastic.
