Food is typically on point. You have to be clear with some cashiers due to a possible language barrier between Spanish and English. However, the service is still good.

Horrible location.. you go through the drive through.. they make you park and wait for your food they take forever.. and you see workers just being in their phones… 2 never give orders right… always items missing. Ridiculous

We ordered several taccos and burritos there. The food tasted very good and was prepared quickly.
Ordering was done via a large touchscreen, which was very easy and didn't cause any problems.

Parking: Lots of parking spaces right in front of the shop.

Kid-friendliness: Suitable for everyone.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs so easy to access.

If you plan on dinning in at this location, be aware that you can no longer order with a person and have to order with the kiosk or app. This makes things difficult for some, especially elderly people that are not tech savvy. The kiosk does not dispense a paper receipt after your purchase and if you plan on paying cash, you still need to order at the kiosk but pay and get your change from the front which means you will need to wait again for someone to become available which is really inconvenient. The layout on the kiosk was a bit odd and they did not have the combo #s anymore. You can still order a combo but they are no longer labeled a combo number. The ladies working there during the weekday lunch hours are very friendly, professional and hard working. Service is great it is just disappointing Taco Bell got rid of the option to order with a cashier.

Taco Bell seems to get slightly worse every year. They have dropped many of our favorite menu items. And of course, like everywhere, their prices have gone up significantly.I think we're mostly done with Taco Bell these days, And are searching for another similar fast food chain.

Woah, brought my family here to eat a late lunch and went to the goodwill. Went back to Taco Bell afterwards and asked for a small cup of water to make my 10 month old a bottle of milk. The guy said he can't give me the water. I asked why and he said he just can't and I told him we just ate there and after giving him a shocked response he finally gave me the water but this wasn't the first time your customer service was very rude to me for asking for a water and every time we bought and ate food here. These entitled kids need to learn manners. No one should be rude to paying customers let alone people at all. I believe management is behind this attitude problem. Not coming back here ever again and gonna share my story with all my friends.

They always repeat my order at the drive thru window to make sure it’s correct my order is always correct when I get home from the drive thru. I will always return and be a customer to this location in Moorpark Calif. because of this Specific Team! This Team deserves to be Acknowledge for there Amazing Service if I could give them a 100 Stars I would! Thank You to Management for training this Team to be the Best Employee’s!
