I told the young latina lady to toast my bread, and she politely said yes, of course. The owner told her what are doing She said the customer wants it warm up and toast and am grabbing new wheat bread. The owner told her no. He literally grabbed my bread, and he reused the same bread with mayo to toast it. I couldn't believe what I was witnessing.I don't know if the owner is being cheap, but I experienced bad service Biancas Deli Catering Next time, I will go to a different Deli.

I'm sad to say this but soon as I walked in I did not feel welcome whatsoever. although there food impeccable. as for there service it was the worst service I have experienced I wasn't greeted or they ignored my question like it was nothing. I would really make a second question based if you were to come. And to add the building is very outdated....

They don’t accept credit / apple pay and they aren’t the most friendly. However, I will endure that if that means I can have that roast turkey sandwich. One of the best local food spots in Moraga for lunch. People really need to stop low rating this place for bad vibes and cash only. The food is there, so they deserve at least 4 stars.
The sandwich was excellent but the upkeep on the place was really lacking. They could use a great cleaning in that store. I had no problem with the making of the sandwich it was balanced and very good.

This place is losing business from local families because they are cash only and rude. Is the sandwich good, it’s okay. Is it worth stopping by the bank and dealing with rude staff? No. Keeping my business with moruccis or brass bear even though I live 2 minutes from Bianca’s.
