It would be really convenient if the food were better. Really want to like the local joint so I don't have to drive to Berkeley. Unfortunate.

I've tried this place twice first time I got the birria burrito and it didn't have much flavor decided to give it another try and got a regular steak burrito and it has like no meat it's all beans and rice will not return

Great little Taqueria in the middle of Moraga. Absolutely love their quesabirrias and their carnitas burritos. Can't understand why anyone would go to Chipotle or Taco Bell when there are places like this!

5 Stars – Highly Recommend for Catering!. I recently ordered catered food for pick-up for a birthday party from this taqueria and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The owner was incredibly helpful in guiding me through how much food to order for our event, and he was spot-on — we had just the right amount with only some chips left over - the guacamole was bomb and now I know next time to order double!
We went with chicken and steak tacos, rice and beans, salsa, and guacamole. Everything was delicious, but the steak tacos really stood out — the meat was fresh, tender, perfectly seasoned, and not fatty like you sometimes get at a taqueria. Multiple guests at the party complimented the food, and it was a definite hit!
Ordering and pickup were both super easy. Rocio, the cashier who helped us at pick-up, was extremely friendly and made sure our entire order was complete and ready to go.
If you’re planning a party or event, I highly recommend this place for catering (as long as you have someone to pick it up). I’m already looking forward to coming back to try more in person!

I got the baja fish taco and carnitas taco. The fish taco was really great but the carnitas were pretty bad. If a mexican restaurant doesn’t have good carnitas is it even worth going? Total was just under $13 for 2 tacos. Not really worth in my opinion. I ended up going across the street to the local taco truck after and it was about 25% cheaper but 100% better.
