5 easy stars ! Came here for dinner with a friend at her recommendation. Very glad I did. The place is small but super cozy. Perfect layout with a wonderful interior design. You definitely feel a more special and upscale ambience. The food was wonderful. Complementary bred is served. A full bar made sure my friend was happy and the menu was wonderful with the options. I chose Prime rib while my friend chose ribs. We were both very happy. Large portions and very delicious. The service is efficient and super friendly. We both felt we were very much welcome to have our meal there. The prices are quite reasonable and that was just the icing on the cake. I do please to return soon and without any hesitation. If you want to simply enjoy some liquid refreshment, the bar is fully stocked and has seating right up front. I cannot recommend this establish any higher. Just make sure you come hungry.

This restaurant is no doubt one of the most attractive place in the region. Anytime I visit this place I am so glad. They always keep their high standard service and the highest level of food they offer. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

A mediocre overpraised restaurant where you drink wine that tests like Trader Joe's $2.99 a bottle wine.

Surprise, surprise. We received a coupon in a mass marketing mail - two entrees for $34 (entree @ $22 or less). We live nearby and gamed to explore a local restaurant. It's nearby Safeway. The dining room is old school and intimate with old world atmosphere. We sat in a cozy booth that can accommodate four or more guests. Not many dinners on a Friday evening after six pm. A wait person, Marisa (based on our receipt) brought the menu and asked for our drink order. My partner ordered a Chianti and I stuck with ice water. The wine was quite reasonable at $6. Marisa served out warmed toasted bread with oil and balsamic vinegar mixture as well as butter. The bread was inviting and nice. We ordered the veal piccata and medium rare prime rib. The latter is served only on Fridays and Saturdays. The coupon warned us that their portion is generous and it was true. With the entree, we had a choice of soup or salad. We went for the salad. There is a variety of dressing. We had the raspberry vignette and basil ranch dressing. They were different and quite good with the salad. Marisa offered to swap the ranch dressing if we did not like. We appreciate the gesture. The veal was prepared with a mushroom gravy, rice Piaf and streamed mixed vegetable. The veal was tasty, the gravy made it a hit. The rice was not so rewarding and the vegetable was acceptable, a bit old and firm. The prime rib was delivered as specified, medium rare. It was tender, flavorful and generously portioned. The garlic mash potato was good and more garlic infused would have be appreciated. The streamed vegetable was consistent with comments mentioned above. At the meal conclusion, the wait person asked if we wanted coffee or tea to finish the dinner. We had leftovers, Marisa offered to package them but we elected do it ourselves. We had enjoyed our experience at Michael's. Our server was pleasant, sweet and attentive. The food was tasty. We must admit the coupon intrigued us to come and the check palatable or reasonable for the location and quality.

We tried to go there for a second time have a dinner with my wife First time they didn't have any waitress and second time which was tonight still they don't have any waitress and bartender was serving at the table with his sneaker and shorts We waited quite a long time to have our drinks and order taking and after 25 minutes we got our salad and we waited another 30 minutes for our entrée which never served Our bartender/waiter he was sweating and wiping his face with his hand and serving peoples drinks and food,Which to me is gross. My wife asked me to leave the restaurant because we almost were for one hours and we did not feel comfortable his sweat goes to our food with his hand and the dishwasher was coming out trying to serve us water and bread. I don't know what's going on with the management and I was not very happy to come back again and we left the restaurant hungry

This restaurant is really good for a nice warm flavorful meal. The food here is what you ordered, no funny buisness going on. Louna is really nice and she gives us really nice portions. We always go to saturday night prime ribs and mash potatoes. Absolutey wonderful. We recommend it to our friends. Ask for Louna if you want a great meal.

I love Italian food. Our family actually took cooking lessons in Rome, Italy - thats how much. Unfortunately our small town doesn’t offer much in the way of food options but we try. This seems to be a meeting place for the Saint Mary’s college crowd and that’s great. I just think the food needs to step up. If it doesn’t, we won’t be back.
