Halloween night; had a small order with one pizza, some boneless chicken, and some garlic sticks. Ended up waiting an hour for them to give us the food, and in the end they only got the chicken right and gave us two pizzas that weren't even ours! The food's great, don't get me wrong, but it seems like the place is very poorly managed.

Online ordering doesn’t work. When I tried to stop by to order in person 45 min BEFORE they were due to close but I was told they had “closed early because there had been no orders for a few hours.” Ran like an unserious business.

I love Mountain Mike's wings.Their chicken wings, especiallyK.C. Masterpiece edition / flavor are the best. I'm a wing expert and had WINGS from all STOPS & WILD WINGS BUT MOUNTAIN MIKE'S HOLDS THERE OWN.. TRIPLE M'SMORAGAMOUNTAINMIKE'S

Went for buffet at this location. I paid reasonable amount for the buffet and 20 oz bottle of soda. The buffet included pizza, garlic bread, and salad for $10.95. With soda and tax, the total was $14.25.As I went early and only customer there, there was only one pizza pie available. However it had 1/2 pepperoni and 1/2 combo. Suggestion: if only one pie is served, have 1/4 each of pepperoni, combo, veggie, and cheese. As more customers came in, additional pies were added. The garlic bread was added a bit later after the buffet started.I will visit this store again.

I ordered a large pizza and as I was waiting they were vacuuming and trying to get the business in order. It was 2pm when I walked in. When my pizza came out. After grabbing my first slice I noticed that the pizza was not cooked. The pizza had uncooked dough. I pointed it out and the staff looked at me and said so you want it well done. My response was no I would like it to be fully cooked. The staff DID NOT provide quality customer service. Pizza dough is uncooked and not edible.

They have very delicious pizza overall and like that they cater to requests
Just had a post-season soccer party here. Reserved the room a week ago. Confirmed reservation with a second manager mid week. Arrived to find a different party in the room. Waited a few extra minutes until that party graciously cleared the room. No big deal. Spent $100 on 2 pizzas, 3 beers and 4 liters of soda. Tipped $20. Came down and asked for a pitcher of water, was charged $1.80. Inflation I guess.
They had old school video games. I rocked Buck Hunter.
This used to be our regular spot. Decent pizza decent prices. The owner just dramatically increased the prices. What used to be $9.49 for the lunch buffet is now $17.49 per person. The pizza is fine, but that’s a high price for a franchise joint. One star not for the pizza but for the management. They won’t even turn on the digital menu boards because they display the actual franchise set prices. Take your business over to the new Tice Valley location. Different owner, same pizza, and they honor the franchise prices.
Great management and table service, got to mention one more thing my soda cup never went empty thanks.
