They don’t know how to make the drinks. Tried an oat milk latte, taste like regular milk. Tried the hot chocolate, taste watered down, tried the white mocha and again disappointed. I try it with fingers crossed just because it’s convenient but never again! I can make this by myself, but better.

In the service is generally reasonably good but has been known to be a little bit slow on occasion. Basically because it's not a completely staffed Starbucks but rather is a Starbucks inside of Safeway.

Starbucks is in the customer service biz and this shop does not meet even the basic level...treating customers like dogs (come here! Over here! And so on). There are so many other local shops that have super friendly people...go there instead.
