This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever visited.
Whenever I enter I am always welcomed with a positive greeting.
The store itself has lots of seating options and very roomy with nice decorations.
The restrooms are large and always spotlessly clean.
There’s loads of parking outside so very accessible.

Horrible walk-in service. After 20 minutes, my order was not ready. The barista just kept helping people on the side with quick drinks (americanos and such).

When I asked for my order, she said I don’t see it on the tab yet, you may have to wait. I asked for how long and she just took attitude with me.

This is one of the reasons why I hate tipping before I am provided service!

BOOOOO! I rarely frequent coffee shops but decided to splurge today on a caramel macchiato. Might as well rename this one foamed milk. Barely any caramel or sweetness to it. Waste of $6. Was also interested in a light snack but at $4.25 and up that was a hard pass for me. Lame.

The staff was kind & helpful but VERY understaffed for 10:30am on a busy Sunday. I waited 25+ minutes for one coffee and one food item, and there were other frustrated customers waiting longer. Please get the great staff more resources/support!

It took them an HOUR to get 1 drink I was in a rush and had to leave but I figured it wouldn’t take them an hour to make one drink. They served both online and drive through first. For every 10 drive through drinks they made one, in person order.

Waited 45 min for my drink and it never came. Staff would not even acknowledge me when I tried to ask about the status of my drink. No way for me to cancel my order and get my money back. They stole my money.

As a former employee be wary of this location. Staff is excellent but chronic understaffing and high turnover makes this (the highest volume store in the district) a toss up. During off hours this is a convenient and perfect option, during a weekend morning choose a nearby location if wait time is important. Seating is extensive and varied so perfect for those looking for that third place.

I have never been to a more disorganized, messy, crowded and chaotic Starbucks ever! I never got my order because of how many drinks they were loosing. Please save your time and money and avoid this location at all costs.
