What a contrast to their lafayette location.. immaculate interior (and bathroom), great seating arrangements, quick friendly service.. hard to see how Taco Bell can run 2 businesses so close grographically but so far apart in quality.. also far better selections in value menu then you will see at Macdonalds... my favorite.. the power bowl with the steak option

it's immature hs kids who close the restaurant 20-30 minutes before it's actually closed, they say they close at 12 that's false. just fyi if you plan to come from 11-11:45 at night, they won't serve you, casual taco bell service

Worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. I was told to be patient after asking where my food was when I ordered 34 minutes prior . There were two other people inside at the time. The staff is horrendous. Everyone there should be fired. Most pathetic establishment I’ve ever seen.

I waited in line in the driver up at Taco Bell today for 30 minutes and there was only two cars in front of me. They were very slow and they screwed up the order. The food has gone way downhill. Do not recommend at all.

I can say that I have had the worst Taco Bell experience ever. At around 9 p.m. on 8.28, I waited for the cashier for more than 20 minutes. They ignored me and only cared about drive through. When I drew attention, they told me to wait a little longer. Then why do you keep it open? Disrespectful people working here.
Thanks to Alejandro, he was able to fill my order with another order although Taco app charged me. I wanted the breakfast special and the app charged me for the order. Thinking I have my order filed when I got to the Moraga Taco Bell Alejandro said that my order cannot be made because it was too late. I ordered it on the app 15 minutes before the breakfast ended. In any case, do something about your app Taco Bell corporate. If the order can't be filled on time, the app should not accept the order!!!!!!! I'd give Alejandro a 5 star but 0 star for your app. Alejandro saved your incompetent app

My Mobil order filled at the wrong location but the Manager filled my order here and gave me the food I paid for that was sent to Pleasanton.He didn't have to do this, but it shows you how great their customer service is here!Very appreciative for his help!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My family and I got food poisoning from rotten meat at this location. At the drive-through, I asked for any deals but the server didn't know what was on the menu and was lazy, cold, and unhelpful. He said they stopped doing deals in a condescending tone. After I found the box deal hidden on the far right side of the menu (away from the speaker), I asked if I could change the order. The white, male, teenage server told me it's too late because they already made the food. But we just ordered 15 seconds ago- how is that possible? How long has the food been sitting out? Was this why the meat was rotten and gave us food poisoning? We had diarrhea for 3-4 days afterwards and didn't want to eat anything. This location is unsafe and should be inspected. The space inside looks very dirty and depressing. Lastly, when we picked up our food at the window, the server gave us a dirty look and was extremely unwelcoming. I would never recommend this location to my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and go to another location or restaurant. You would be happier eating a TV dinner. At least you wouldn't get food poisoning.
