Update: tentatively pleased. The previous experiences are diminishing. Although, at the outset, I knew this to be a niche location, it is deeper than that alone. I have determined to paint a portrait of these folks, And thereby gain a better understanding of them. I will withhold further consideration for at least a couple of months. Went for Open Mic on Monday before Labor Day. Small crowd that night attributed to COVID restrictions & hiring troubles. Some absolutely wicked talent there! Our group had a meal of fish and burgers: delicious with good service by conscientious but obviously-stressed owners. Beers were less than $5. Me and my friend got up and did a couple of songs to the very receptive audience! All in all a very enjoyable evening. We're already planning our next outing!
Very friendly staff. Mark really bangs the piano. Laura is sweet as can be. The cook needs a little help with cooking. The menu is great. Karaoke Tuesdays and Thursdays. Open mic free for all on Wednesday.
