Went to buy a birthday cake on a Wednesday night and it was closed at 9:30 but online and on the window it says closing time on Wednesdays is 10:00pm there was three girls in there. No one came to the door and it was locked they just stared at me. Unprofessional.

Baskin Robins always hits the spot when your sweet tooth starts acting up ?. The staff at this location is super friendly, and there is usually not wait on weekdays. I usually order a milkshake and it’s never too long of a wait. My daughter loves their sorbet too. Overall, this location is a win.

we stopped and had ice cream at this 31 flavors. Staff is pleasant and keeps the place clean. We enjoyed ice cream. I liked my mint chip ice cream cone. My husband had Jamaican almond fudge in a cup. He liked that too.

How can you serve ice cream to go and not have lids. I asked for 2 quarts hand packed and they had to put wax paper and rubber band over opening. This is really poor. I may have to go out of town for my ice cream
I was at this store a couple weeks ago and i wanted to use the kids scoop for 99cents promotion. When I was going to pay I was told that it's only 1 use per group. I asked to do separate transactions and was told I couldnt do that. (Coupon says one per customer) So I just paid anyways. However another family walked in asking about the same coupon and another girl that was helping them told her she can break it down in multiple transactions. Which was what I asked for.I emailed the store owner because it seemd a little rude for them to do that but, no answer. Rude all around.
