Absolutely disgusting!!! The ice cream tasted old, the cone was stale. The counter lady licked her finger before scooping the ice cream. We will never return here!!

Store closed at 8:00, despite posted closing at 9:00.
Never going there again, worst customer service, the guy there was being so rude, slamming the ice cream, little door rollinghis eyes and puffing. I just won't ever go there again. This was my first experience like this, and I literally walked out crying.
All three ice creams were delicious. With hot fudge.

Baskin Robbins in Morgan Hill just ripped me off. I ordered a cake for my daughter's 4th birthday and they kept telling us it needed to be bigger because of the design we wanted (disney princesses) so we said we wanted to pick out a 9" round instead because a sheet cake was too big. We picked a very basic design with no toys on it and it came out to the same price as a full sheet.... $43 bucks for a 9" round cake sounds wrong to me.
