I had a horrible experience this morning at this chain while ordering at drive-thru The young man at the window was sooo racist , he had questioned where i am from!! Twice and when i answered that I am from Morgan hill, he said but you have an accent!!!! I don’t know how this could be acceptable in your company??? This should be illegal to ask someone where they are from???

THEY CAN'T EVEN MAKE BURGERS AT THIS LOCATION.
I've now tried to get a burger here three times over the last month, and every single time the broiler is broken and they can't make burgers at all.
This location should not be able to call themselves Burger King, since they can't make burgers. We can't just call them King though because they suck.

Girlfriend went through the drive-through for me for them to give us uncooked food. Thankfully we have air fryers!!! This is so unacceptable. Look at the photos. That’s a patty melt not even toasted chicken fries. They’re not even crispy. They’re rubbery. They were not even cooked all the way chicken sandwich that looks like a bites been taken out of the bread. What is going on at this location?

Fast food restaurants hardly ever get good ratings but the lady Lupe who took my order was pleasant from the beginning to the end so kudos to this Burger King they're doing something right with training their employees!
