Went inside. Ordered quickly. The service seemed a bit slow. About 10 minutes to get my order. The food was great. Everyone was pleasant. Overall a good visit.

Don't get anything with bacon, the fish sandwich is extremely salty, the new chicken sandwich is great(barring bacon ofc) and the fries are like eating mashed potatoes. The staff is really friendly and helpful, honestly some of the best service personnel I've met. The food is actually good, I know I pointed out specific items with issues, but despite extra salt, dry fries or weird bacon the food is still good. P.S. Get a large drink, you should have water or something else with you if not

Be extremely cautious at this Burger King. I wasn't given a receipt. They tried to pass off small fries and onion rings as larger sizes. If they are already trying to rip off sizes I can't imagine what shortcuts are being taken on food.

I really want this location to do better. Orders are wrong half the time or items are missing. I usually have to double check the order before leaving. Ordered a family meal with 16 nuggets and when I got home the nuggets were missing. I didnt want to drive all the way back to this location while my food was getting cold. I contacted Burger King and they didnt offer a refund or any compenation. This location REALLY REALLY REALLY needs to learn how to double check orders.

There were no other customers inside when I went there on a Monday at 7:30 P.M. My combo chicken meal was ready quickly (perhaps kept warm under a heater lamp) and they need to install some self-order kiosks. Complete the surveys on the receipts for free food on future visits.

This establishment thinks people are utter FOOLS! Today, I ordered a large vanilla shake. They told me they only had one size, to which I said "no problem" but when I went to pay and pick up the order I saw the size of the cup. It was SO SMALL yet the charge was $5.19 - WOWEE!!!We also ordered a large sprite- $4.39. At least it was in a larg-ish cup but still way too much. I rejected the tiny shake with the huge price tag. And, I'll definitely be looking more closely at what I'm being charged for in the future or stay away from what used to be cheap fast-food on the go. No thank you.

Horrible service! Took them 20min to make two burgers and two fries! Drive through has priority first and or just lazy employees doing absolutely nothing!

I haven't been to a Burger King in a while, and always rated them better than any of the other Burger Restaurants. My recollection was that the Food was served Fresh, Quickly, Hot, and Tasted great for a Chain Burger Restaurant. Well, apparently not in Morgan Hill! Attention is given to the drive-through customers, the dining area dirty(every table dirty, not cleaned from previous customers spills or mess. Bathrooms were okay, that's important too. Many of the seats/tables are in disrepair along side the outside wall. The dining room tables(All) needed cleaning. But, it seemed understaffed, non one person at the counter, and had to ask for help from a not so friendly worker. Took my order, and vanished to the outside. It seemed to take quite a while for our order to be ready, and wasn't sure if we were to wait at counter, or sit and be called. Anyway, I figured I'd check it out, again no one at the counter. One worker on break, other went outside, other in bathroom. We finally did get our order, French Fries were hot, not bad at all. My burger was stone cold, and no flavor or taste. The 3 little and tiny pieces of lettuce, and the tiny little tomato was a bit comical, and really added nothing to the burger. Terrible! Cold burger, soggy lukewarm bun. The chicken sandwich, or the grease laden dough ball with a hint of chicken, soggy warm bun equally as bad as the burger. A thin tiny tomato, almost nit visible!!!Burger King has really gone down hill, nothing as it used to be.

I haven't been to Burger King since I got extreme food poisoning from their chicken years ago. Decided to go to the drive thru just to get a Diet Coke. When I went to pay the girl at the windo said "$4.35"! I said for a Medium diet cola and she was rude and said " yep that's the price". I went home an looked it up because I couldn't believe it. She was wrong, it was $2.89 NOT $4.35. So again I will never go there again. There help is awful and their food has made me sick! Go anyplace else but BK!!
