This place was run down a decrepit.The menu was hard to read and the employee seemed annoyed when we asked about deals.Really dirty with slightly sticky feeling on all surfaces. We only stayed because we needed to make a pit stop and grab a bite.The toilets were filthy and one had a broken seat and hard to lock. Why did it smell heavily of cat urine? It looked like the scenario for that PT Silent Hill demo. You all know what I'm talking about.Parking: Of course the parking is fine. Nobody is there and now we know why.

I was drawn to the Carl's Junior because of the big play structure. I stopped in the bathroom before ordering food and I'm so glad that I did. An employee was camped out in a stall. When she finished, she walked straight past the sinks without washing her hands and back to work ? My son told me the men's bathroom was disgusting when he was in it. If you're looking for a restaurant with a play structure, cross the road to the McDonald's.

I been going to Carl's Jr when I get off work I work in San Jose , I go to the Carl's Jr on morgan hill I get there about 11:45 pm it's been 3 times I get there at that time and no one shows up I see people walking inside like if there hiding , why does it say 12 pm closing if the workers are not going to answer why are you paying them for not answering to customers!! Today finally after waiting 10 min the employee seen that I didn't leave he kept on hiding he then opens the window and gives me a long story that the grill don't work there closed the fryer don't work either I told him today is the 3 time I come you finally came to the window I told him stop hiding and get to work . Bad service at Carl's Jr if I get there 15 min before and there excuses about the grill we'll guess what I'm taking my service to jack in the box and I did tonight, Carl's Jr from now on I'm going to take my business elsewhere I'm tired of your lazy employee making excuses you should just close at 10 pm !!!!!!!! Or you know what just have them a bed there to sleep there getting paid any ways for not doing anything!!!! Check your cameras today ! I should of taken a picture of the lazy guy that gets paid for nothing hahahahhaaha!!!!!!!

Still one of my favorite places to eat fast food! You will probably receive faster service at the drive thru. They tend to disregard those at the register, especially if nobody else is in line or they will serve them first, regardless of how long you have waiting.

Always a long wait in the drive-thru. The place always looks empty and I'm not sure how they stay open, but sometimes when you need that Western Bacon Cheeseburger... The prices tho... out of control for fast food.
Ordered the original Angus. Took more than 10min. Order after mine was packed and done with fries and All. No sign of my burger till i went asking. Redone patty, far from good. Place is kept clean though.

We stopped in here while visiting family. The playground was closed which is one of the reasons we decided to come here instead of one of the other fast food places in the area. But we understand sometimes things aren't open sometimes. We ordered our food it came out pretty quickly. We got a nacho (she said it was just ok) a green burrito (he liked it) the green sauce has just a hint of spice. I got a grilled steak burrito. It was just ok. It wasn't grilled much, it had no toasting on the tortilla it looked just like a normal burrito m, also the cheese was not melted at all, it was still cold. So they don't really grill them well. Then they forgot our side of fries, no big deal we just went back to the counter and asked for them. The place isn't horrible but it's really not great. Food is ok, service was very nice

New hours open u til 2 am. Half the menu isn't even available. Green burrito I hear closes at 9pm and never ever has the shake making machine worked. I do t even know the owner could rubies to try to keep this place going. Painted the inside and bought a new menu that's digital. With the menu changing it takes time to order and yet on the other end of the mic is an impatient employee trying to complete the order. Wouldn't recommend to even the hungriest folks out there.
