The manager Kevin Donohue, gave us the best experience on the restaurant. He was extremely attentive, generous, friendly and made our day. My family and I had lunch there, food was good, the restaurant was clean, the service was excellent. the only thing that they could improve is take care of the floor.

Not sure why they always have two lanes āopenā then you turn the corner and the lane isnāt really open. Itās extremely busy here no reason not to take orders in both lanes. Longest drive thru wait ever.

I like this chicken sandwhich. Sure, it may be āplainā compared to other āgourmetā places, but this is fast food. To me, itās great.
I came by during a very slow evening hour. Only one other person was eating. However, just about every booth/table I looked at was gross ā lots of food crumbs and the seats unwiped and glistening ā past memories of the dirty, greasy hands that rubbed against them. I had to finally settle on a dirty booth and scrub the seat myself with a napkin.
Also, that the cow cannot spell correctly enrages me š”

Worst Chick Fil A in the area.. hands down.. I had a pick up order. I waited 12 minutes for 2 salads and a large fries.. on top of that, they forgot the fries and I had to come back. Then they asked me if there was anything else missing.. Isnāt that part of your commitment to customer service to make sure the order is accurate? Disappointed as I have never had this service at any other chick fil A. I let the misorders slip the last two times I came here. This time around.. I had to leave a comment of my dissatisfaction.
