This particular Chipotle used to be one of go to places. But as of recently (the last 4 months or so) EVERY time we go there they are out of either chicken or steak. And the restaurant is dirty especially things on the floor.

This is without a doubt the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. And it’s consistently the worse. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat but this one continually disappoints. Don’t EVER place an online order unless you’re prepared to have your order wrong. Don’t be surprised to go in for your order and have the most obvious items missing (we’ve had tortillas out on some occasions. How does that happen?) on top of that when I’ve requested support or refunds Chipotle corporate makes it so difficult and almost impossible to do. That being said, if you’re in Morgan hill and looking for a great burrito that never disappojnts, Tacos Ameca off Tennant is amazing.

3 ⭐ are going for the cleanliness of the place.
1 ⭐ for the service, it is very slow compared to other Chipotle.
1⭐ for the serving portions, 1/2 of what other Chipotle gives. We have to request to add little more to meet the usual portions. And they gave only 1/2 of scoop of guac for the full price. 😡

Chipotle is always good in my book, save for a few times. This one in Morgan Hill was just restocking the line, so the food was really fresh. It took several minutes, however, to be greeted and our order taken. The service was not friendly at all. Granted it was late, but it was still open for another hour and a half.

The atmosphere was classic chipotle, but itnwas slightly uncomfortable bc one of the employees chose the table next to us to sit down and eat his food. No big deal, but he was on the phone the whole time and being quite loud.

All in all the food was why we were there, and that was good!

What happened to this Chipotle?!? The counter is always a mess. Can't even take a photo of the counter because the glass is so dirty.

The bathroom is less clean than the local gas station.

Chipotle stock price is great. That must be all they care about now. Shame.

I came in and immediately mentioned my mobile order. I was assured it would be placed on the shelf when it was finished. 20 minutes after the pickup time I was given on the app, the employee asked for the name again, and then went back to fetch my order. The food had clearly been sitting for most of the time I had been waiting. All of it was lukewarm at best. My queso was not a large like I paid for either. Don’t waste your time with this location. You will be disappointed.

If I could do 0 stars I would. The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude to their own employees, smirking when one of their own is struggling to make a burrito while the rest just stood around. And then another time they charged me twice with different amounts claiming the first time it only took 9 cents only for me to look at my charges and see that I was charged for bowls each time. And then when I went back an hour later to get my refund they gave so much attitude and kept smirking away and took absolutely no accountability. Untrained and unprofessional. If you really want chipotle I would suggest driving to another location

I have yet to have an order correct from this specific Chipotle. Ordered tacos and got a bowl, also ordered a bowl with veggies and got no veggies. It’s literally printed on the label, just read it and make it. Went back to the restaurant after getting home to find it wrong, and they made me wait while the line got longer.

Every time I set order through their app, I have never ever been able to pick up order on time bc they’re always late to prepare the food even if there’s no customers in store. Worse even once a time I ordered the food online, they said they didn’t see my order in their system but the app showed the order’s ready to pick up leading to 1 hour wasted entirely!! I will never step in Chipotle anymore!

This place is very stingy with their bowls. I ordered a veggie bowl and I got very little portions of toppings especially the cheese. The guy barely put any and when I asked for more, he still didn’t give much. Your employees should fill up the bowls like they do with their own. If you want a decent bowl, don’t go to this location.

Best Chipotle in the Bay. All others cant compare. Im a freq chipotle customer since 2007 and been all over the country. this is one of the best locations.
