We went second time considering the very good experience we had first time. This time we order same bagel with cream cheese ($2 for bagel + around $2 for cream cheese spread). BUT this time they had given the with less cream. They did not even spread the cheese properly. When we asked them, they were rude and said we need to pay extra again to get more cheese. When they are charging for cream cheese, minimum expectation is to have bagel with enough cream cheese ( not just white bagel). Service is very worst. When I expressed my frustration , person did not understand at all. We NEVER go again.

4.5 stars.It's Saturday morning and we wanted to try something new, so we came to this bagel shop.First off, the line was long, which means it must be delicious, right?The cashier was super friendly and welcoming. She thanked us for coming in and buying from them. She was so kind to all of us and you can tell they appreciate their customers.We tried the sausage breakfast sandwich on pesto, the bacon breakfast sandwich, a chorizo breakfast burrito, a strawberry smoothie, and a drip coffee.The breakfast sandwich was okay, nothing special. I didn't like Swiss cheese on my sausage. I would have preferred cheddar cheese.The burrito was better than the sandwiches. If you like chorizo, I'd recommend the burrito.My drip coffee was good.Strawberry smoothie was good, too.Coffee refills are .75 cents.Overall, the atmosphere is wonderful. They have art and plants everywhere. The people who work here are friendly and positive.It's a cute place.It's definitely better than other places in town :)

Our daily bagel has completely changed …I have to give the atmosphere a zero and the bagels a zero. The music was extremely loud. This bagel shop is not diverse, not welcoming to Our Community.

Been coming to this place for YEARS!! Always the best service and food. HOWEVER, these new owners ain’t it! They tried to scam me and over charge double for a bagel. Then when I called them out, they tried to look at me like I was wrong, saying no that’s just the tax. Never have I ever paid 16$ for a 6.99$ bagel. Disappointed that my favorite spot turned into this scam place. Won’t be going there anymore.

Been regular here for quite while, but last time i came and ordered a veggie burrito and few other items i was watching one of their cooks make the food as he warmed up scrambeled eggs in the container and dropped it on the ground half of it spilled another cook picked up the food and put it in in my veggie burrito just disgusting. that whole kitchen needs deep cleaning and cooks trained on health and safety of what are they putting in peoples food.this is the reason I always watch my food being prepared if i can.
