I was one of the first people in the store (no greeting, no eye contact). But the last person to get my food (a bag of bagels). When I was finally given my order it felt like it was an inconvenience to them to have to fulfill it. When I got the bagels home they felt day old (at least they were all there, last time I didn't get my full order. Will transfer my loyalty to Main Street bagels.

Been coming to this place for YEARS!! Always the best service and food. HOWEVER, these new owners ain’t it! They tried to scam me and over charge double for a bagel. Then when I called them out, they tried to look at me like I was wrong, saying no that’s just the tax. Never have I ever paid 16$ for a 6.99$ bagel. Disappointed that my favorite spot turned into this scam place. Won’t be going there anymore.

the worst cream cheese ever watery dripping out of my bagel and the worst taste ever i almost threw up i know what cream cheese is supposed to taste like and this one i know was mixed with mayo or something tastes so grose glopped on my bagel disgusted,!!! i call them iup i let them know the situation with the cream cheese and omg rude from the start even ruder on phone and they said im a liar!! did not want to own up to why my bagel was this way. i would never recommend this horrible bagel spot not even to my worst enemy!!!!! being called a liar even after i wanted to bring it back so they can see what i was talking about but they refused my offer the older older woman sho acted like the boss eas so rude she nerds to go back refresh her customer servce skillz if any

Our go-to bagel spot in Morgan hill! The staff is always friendly and welcoming! They are also quick to order and make the food. We love getting the bagel breakfast sandwiches. My go to is the sausage egg and cheese on a pesto bagel. The bagel dog is also very tasty! They also have iced and hot coffees, fruit teas, milk teas, smoothies, & matcha drinks!

After buyout: unfortunately the quality of this place has taken a dip. This used to be my favorite place to get a bagel.They frequently get orders wrong and have attitude when you ask it to be corrected. Out of the 7 times I've been here since the new owners took over 5 of my orders were wrong and blamed it on me or another employee. 3 of those times it was the owner herself.Check other reviews. I don't agree with 1 star reviews, but I'm not lying, they mess up orders quite a bit.Before buyout: This is where you get bagels in Morgan Hill.End of story.
