Order was ready within 15-20 minutes, got carry out - carside, when I arrived they were also quick to bring it out. Overall great in all aspects.

placed my order of cheese pizza and garlic knots at 5:53pm. said to pick up in 8-13 mins. got off work at 6. got there at 6:07pm and they haven’t prepped my pizza yet. i asked the guy who long and he said 15 mins on top of the 14 mins i already waited.

Placed an order tonight (on a week night) at 5:30 and the ETA was 30-40 minutes. It is now 6:45 and my order has been in the car for almost an hour and has been pushed back to 7pm but they are still across town. They also have a habit of marking the order as “delivered” long before it actually is, maybe to make it harder to complain about timing. Very frustrating.
My order was canceled by store 1 hour after I ordered it. Not sure what happened as my pizza was supposed to be in route!
Order over the phone, was helped out by Chuck. His customer service skills are amazing. Definitely will order here from now on.
2 pizzas, identical to my last order 1 month ago, now twice as much $.
The app has the wrong address for this location, so it didn't see that I had arrived to pick up. I was a little early & the employee told me my order wasn't ready yet.
I waited inside for 15 minutes & eventually found out it was ready because the order tracker indicated so after I signed in to the app again. Guess I would've been left to wait indefinitely otherwise.
I call , right away to cancel an order I just call to place , and he said the manager was not there and I couldn’t change the order .. he hang up on me .. very rude ..
