Probably the best place in town for a good ‘ole soup and sandwich combo. I love all the options of sides here too. They have great deli side options, their salads are all great, and their soup options are good too.

It's a peaceful sandwich shop that will get you your food in a timely manner. The food is good but not exceptional, however the quantity of vegetables on the items will make you feel healthy going here. I would suggest putting a lemon slice in the Doctor Pepper. (:

The Cochrane location is awesome! I almost gave up on Eriks after multiple bad experiences at the Vineyard location. I am so grateful for the folks on Cochrane because I really like Eriks' food, and the pricing is very reasonable. Cochrane has friendly staff that are fast and keep things nice and clean.

Seems a little slow here, sense of urgency not a strength of the staff when people are ready to order. The soup was served a little cold. The tables weren't wiped down as much either. Love the historic art, doesn't have that old west theme like the others. More of a 1920s and 50s theme.

Let me start by saying the staff is there is outstanding. The young ladies that look like maybe sisters during lunch time, didn’t catch their names but they go above and beyond to make sure your order is fresh, fast & you are comfortable dining it. I happen to get the name on the gentleman there which is Miguel. He is very respectful and is a very help to the young ladies on his team.If I could give this location 10 stars I would!!! Always Appreciate the hospitality here! Number one Erik’s in the South Bay!!!

I placed a complicated pickup order. I didn't have time to go through it curbside, but I couldn't imagine that there wouldn't have been at least a couple of mistakes given the various modifications and the large number of items. I was so pleasantly surprised to see that the order was absolutely perfect, right down to the extra pickles that I asked for by phone, the exact number and type of utensils, and the condiments that they proactively included! Thank you for being so awesome, Erik's staff!
Food was good. Error on my order was rectified quickly. Good customer service.

Stopped here for a nice and quiet lunch with a friend of mine on a weekend. The restaurant was clean and very noisy-free, surprising for a weekend, and the staff was just absolutely awesome and super fast. We literally got our food within minutes of ordering, even though we didn't order anything complicated it was still great as we were all hungry. We had generous potions of shrimp wrap, which was excellent. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. The prices were extremely cheap. And the food was really good too! We'll all definitely be back for another time in the future.

A good find for a light and healthy lunch. They have good options for sandwiches and soups. The butternut squash soup was delicious whereas the veggie sandwich can be improved and added a few flavors.
