The manager on shift was polite, professional, and proficient as five guys should be!
The team was enthusiastic and greeted me as I walked in. The manager explained the menu and processed my order. I was in and out fast and my food was hot and delicious

Awesome. The lady at the counter overheard us talking about it being my brothers birthday while we were talking about buying a milkshake instead of ice cream cake. She then offered a free milkshake for his birthday!!! Amazing service !!!

I was not impressed with the food. Fries were over cooked, hot dogs were dry, asked for sautéed onions, got hard onions. For the price of everything definitely wasn't worth it. My husband did like the bacon cheese burger. But we will not be back. Update: My husband was sick and had diarrhea all night. I felt nauseous too. DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK!!

The “chef” can’t even cook the meat properly. When I got the burger, it’s cold meat plus cold buns. I ordered takeout, however, the cashier still ask for tips. And you can tell all the workers there don’t take their jobs seriously. The way they process food is just unhygienic. Don’t go for your own health.
