The worst customer service ever. We left before we could order. The person would barely say hello and acted like she didn’t want our business. They are take out/cash only and have nowhere to sit, just a bunch of junk where the booths used to be.

Found online. Viewed the little tab stating MENU. Called to order and was told they have no online menu. When asked what they offered the line went dead.

My first impression of the place was it's clean and has a very relaxed ambiance. We called and ordered our dinner for pick up but the woman who answered was very friendly and helpful. The portions are not big like most chinese restaurants serve. I was told the portions could feed a family of 4 but it was only enough for about 2 ppl. The entrees we're about the size of half a to-go box and a little pricey. We ordered Mongolian beef which didn't have much beef and a ton of onion and chili pods, the beef broccoli was flavorless, chow mien was good, salt and pepper spare ribs were decent, and we got garlic shrimp with veggies but the shrimp was overcooked and crumbled texture but was not bad tasting. Our bill was about 93.00 and we felt it was a little pricey for the amount of food received. I do think that this is one of the best chinese restaurants in Morgan Hill.

GERMAPHOBIC !!! Staff treated me like I had oozing small pox. OMG CASH only. Hardly able to understand staff due to very heavy accent. Orange chicken was so dry. Mr. Hongs is better for less money. We won't be back.

This food was nothing like it was in the pictures. The sweet-and-sour pork looks like coated charred mystery meat, the Mongolian beef was bland no taste. The combination fried rice was decent. And so was the lemon chicken. But if you look on the menu the prices have doubled and they have not updated the prices, so don't be surprised when you get there like I was when you pay about twice as much as you planned. The place looks like a jump inside as well I'm sorry I don't mean to rip this place so bad but it was terrible

FYI, closed June 25th - July 16th for an extended vacation. I was craving some BBQ pork!
It is useless to order by phone because when you arrive the order is not ready. you have to wait more than 20 minutes.

Rude! no customer service skills, and no manners once so ever. Called to order, that's how it was. So I went in person and they had me standing at the window while they were just talking to eachother. I took off, and that will be my last visit. I have been there plenty of times and they had me wait to order/pick up an order but not this long.The 2 stars is for the food. Its good, but doesn't make up for how they manage that place.
