Very happy groom here! My spouse and I just got married at Boulder Ridge this weekend and are still on cloud 9 from our amazing wedding cake!! We worked closely with Debbie and Elisha to try their flavors and design the cake. The appointment we had was efficient and dare I say the most fun vendor appointment of our wedding planning journey! We went with a 3-tier cake with all the flavors that we love: a) chocolate mousse b) vanilla hazelnut and c) tuxedo cappuccino. We tried the first two as we saved and froze our tuxedo tier to eat next year. Our guests shared that they loved the cake and I agree that it was moist and flavorful! Aside from the taste, the look of the cake was so dang elegant exactly what we were looking for in a timeless design. They also provided the gold cake stand which added an additional touch of class and matched our gold/white/blue wedding colors. Thanks so much, Debbie and Elisha, for all of your help and bringing our wedding cake dreams to life!!!

I was very impressed with I Do Wedding Cakes. We used them for our wedding and the cake was delicious. The chocolate cake with mousse filling in particular is heavenly. We did 3 tiers, 2 chocolate and 1 vanilla with a raspberry filling. I loved how light the cake was and the fact that there wasn't much dairy in the recipe. They are so accommodating for dairy allergies and I thought that was really refreshing. My cake also turned out exactly how I envisioned it. I described it to them over the phone and sent in a few photos I could find online to show was I was trying to create and it came out perfect. I am so glad we used this bakery for our wedding.

My husband and I paid for my son's wedding in May, 2023. The venue was in MOHI Winery. We were given a choice of two bakeries. We picked "I Do" Wedding Cakes because their cakes tasted moist and flavor was quite good. The cake was delivered on the day of the wedding timely. However, the Bride and Groom chose their "last name" as their cake topper. For example, "Mr. & Mrs. ______". The Bride and Groom's last name was MISSPELLED!!!! All of our family and friends were talking about it; how EMBARRASSING!!! Being in the wedding industry means paying attention to details. Therefore, I cannot recommend this business if you're not going to pay attention to details. Not only that, the owners of the bakery have the same last name as the groom's last name. Disappointed Customer.

We used them for our wedding via Fairview Laguna Seca. The cake was delicious! We got a tray of cookies as well, and they were so good well. The cake was beautifully designed. There were many flavor options. We chose chocolate and vanilla cake with chocolate mousse and a chantilly frosting. I loved the Mexican wedding cookies! Highly recommend for your wedding or party!

Not only all the desserts were amazing, they also went above and beyond by bringing in some rustic wood crates for purpose of decoration. I am really not a cake person to begin with but I loved our taste testing cakes and absolutely loved our final wedding cake which tasted just as great as our taste testing day. We did a 3 tiered cake - 2 tiers with strawberry and 1 tier with lemon. Both were fabulous! I loved the fresh strawberries in the strawberry layers. The buttercream was perfect as well, really not too sugary sweet. The strawberry and lemon cake were each moist and flavorful. I kept on eating it even after our wedding and for someone that doesn't like cake, I was amazed even at myself! I would not hesitate to recommend I Do Wedding Cakes for a wedding or another special event!

When I first started wedding planning - I did not think I was a big cake person. I thought that we would likely go for a dessert table.I met Elisha at cake tasting and as soon as I tried their cakes...I knew we were going to scrap the dessert table and go with a cake! Debbie and Elisha made the process very easy and were so nice. Their flavors are also so delicious! Especially their Picasso flavor. We plan on going back to I Do Wedding cakes when it's time for our anniversary!
