Perfect service! Our order was taken by Luisangel, who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the menu patiently and with a smile. The food was very tasty as well!

They gave us the wrong order, which is really frustrating because I have a food allergy (Celiac) & can't eat just anything. 🤦♀️ Minus one star for wrong food in an otherwise good visit.

Service was okay, but the burger and fries were not up to par. By the time we got handed the food, the fries were already cold and actually hard. The burger was the same not much flavoring because when you the food gets cold - most of the flavoring and smell is gone. We didn’t eat inside, so we got the order right away. We went through the drive through.

About a 20 min wait which is normal. They are not stingy with the fries at this location. They load it up 5 guys style.
Great food great value and customer service is always 👌 good. Not a lot of places pride themselves on offering good customer service... especially not a fast food restaurant. In-N-Out is always packed but that is only an attestation to the all-around great business relationship they have built with customers. Love that they have a very small menu list, no need for a huge list when just a few excellent choices are available to pick from. I am always looking forward to my visit to In-N-Out.

My family and I came to the drive-through and we were greeted by Penelope. I want to say that her customer service in the drive-through was amazing. She was able to get my six-year-old son’s order perfect lol
