This reminded me why I liked In-N-Out in the first place. The last time we had it in Utah, it was so salty and didn't taste fresh so thought quality went down. But this location (Morgan Hill) was great!

As always, the quality of service is fantastic. The food is as expected very good. However, the weight is long. The lines for the drive-through are always very long so we always get off and get in line inside of the restaurant which is also pretty time-consuming, but I don’t blame them. They have a great service. They have great food that’s why everybody comes

Perfect service! Our order was taken by Luisangel, who was very friendly and made us feel welcome. He was very helpful and answered all of our questions about the menu patiently and with a smile. The food was very tasty as well!

They gave us the wrong order, which is really frustrating because I have a food allergy (Celiac) & can't eat just anything. 🤦♀️ Minus one star for wrong food in an otherwise good visit.
Service was okay, but the burger and fries were not up to par. By the time we got handed the food, the fries were already cold and actually hard. The burger was the same not much flavoring because when you the food gets cold - most of the flavoring and smell is gone. We didn’t eat inside, so we got the order right away. We went through the drive through.
