It’s like they’re allergic to humans when you walk in, no acknowledgment even when you’re up at the register. Staff just stare at you while doing other tasks or chattering among each other. They don’t even start on your mobile order until you show up to pick it up. Absolutely unacceptable and needs a thorough inspection as soon as possible. It’s just like another location recently shut down. Same path

This location does a pretty good job with service and food. I usually use the drive thru and order off their mobile app. There are specials on the app you will not find on the menu board, atleast price wise. You can't beat two tacos for $1. Always a great late night eats.

We went through the drive through and the lady couldn't understand what I was asking for. We got asked to wait in the order pick up space, which is okay, I'm not mad about the wait. However, our order had 5 things in it, including 2 drinks and they forgot one of our drinks. We went in to get our missing drink and they immediately knew as soon as we walked in. In addition, the new jumbo platter is extremely disappointing. They changed out the 6-8 pancakes for 3 measly french toast sticks.Not to mention it looks absolutely nothing like the picture, there's barely any food in the jumbo platter now. Pictures included.
