I was there today and the meet has a funny taste I got a cheeseburger and my husband was about to throw up also I got 4 tacos and 2 of them were cold we’re so disappointed

Didn’t get food until 15 minutes after arriving. Manager was rude and worked very slow on purpose! She doesn’t like coupons 😂 If companies continue to allow their workers to treat customers this way they won’t be in business much longer.

So disappointed with the service, the food, overall everything. We asked for burger Pattie’s with melted swiss cheese on top. Told her several time, and not only I was charged for cheese but she also gave me American cheese. I am so upset for my mother don’t eat American cheese and we could not wait since she has a dr appt early in the morning. I can go on and write a novel but please have a manager or corporate reach out.

I ordered 2 orders the barria tacos. I made sure to say barria 3 times and the girl asked how many tacos I wanted. I told her 8 (ordering for 2 people). I got up to the window and was handed my bag of food. I saw the normal taco sauce and asked for the barria taco sauce for the BARRIA tacos. The manager gave me a look l, so I asked if they were good. She told me it's not what I had in my bag. I told her what I had ordered and she went to yell at her employee, gave me a refund and put in the correct order.

There are signs posted that it's open 24 hrs and I drove through the drive thru twice and no one took my order. It was 3:30 am. Very unhappy

Didn't tell me the special I ordered was now only available at night until the window. Was exorbitant without the deal and took forever. 12 minutes in a drive thru without a pay off. I used to ditch high school and come hang out here till my mom left for work. I won't be back any longer with this bs happening

Horrible experience with ordering and order. I ordered an ultimate breakfast sandwich meal and got an egg sandwich the coffee tasted like dirty rag water. The person on the speaker kept rushing like in a hurry what a horrible experience ?
