Google maps took me on another side of the Caltrain parking lot but I was able to find another way so that I don't have to walk the pedestrian bridge over the train tracks. I was surprised to find Vietnamese food in Morgan Hill, while I didn’t expect it to be a snackshask style order at window style service with a small patio next to the CalTrain tracks and stop, but we still gave it a shot….with the exception of them not having forks, the salad and noodle dishes were tasty. I look forward to treating myself each week, I highly recommend for any vegetarian / vegan in morgan hill as options are slim for the area and can get boring. Hoping to try the salad next but I am a sucker for the crusty bread 😋
