The customer service was great and the food came out quickly. I had the carnitas however, they were dry but still edible. The rice was great...nice and fluffy.

Horrible! I ordered one burrito. I was told what was going to be inside of it. I got home to find out that I was not given what I ordered. The burrito had hardly anything in it, and was completely missing 1/2 of the stated contents. That being said, stuff that was inside of it was not good. The meat was super dry. It was pretty disgusting and nearly a throwaway . The lady who took my order was OK. The kid who brought my order to the takeout window was super rude. When I nicely asked him for a salsa, he threw it in my bag and was anything but polite. To make matters worse when I looked at my credit card bill it had my one burrito charged and then at midnight I received a fraudulent charge for an extra $22. I tried to make it right with them so they can remedy the situation and they did not answer after a couple of attempts.

I bought 2 ceviches one shrimp and one fish ..... I didn't get any of that .....only tomatoes and juice I don't recommend this place for this kind food ....

I ordered two tostadas (ceviche), two fish tacos, and two carne asada tacos... $35.00 later I found the ceviche to come in two small 4oz containers with absolutely zero flavor/little to no shrimp or fish. The tacos were $2.75 each and extremely small. The service was good but I was disappointed with the flavor of food. I thought $35.00 was outrageous for what I got.. La Costa is one of the best places in town to get quality Mexican food. I have tried a lot off of their menu and have never been disappointed. Through the years I’ve been coming here I would have to say my favorites are probably the Pastor Tacos, Wet Burrito, and their Tortas. They have a pretty good drink selection too, and their horchata is very good compared to a lot of other places. Overall La Costa has been one of my favorite places to eat for years now, and if you haven’t tried it yet, do it!
