The woman behind the counter was irritated with my daughter and I before we even ordered. Because she wanted to finish eating her lunch. I ordered a latte that was listed as $4.99. And she charged me $7.50. And when I asked her why she pointed at a bunch of things on the menu that had no reference and it no sense. I ordered a latte and got a scalding hot coffee. I believe in supporting small businesses and honest charges. Blessings

Bagels tasted like ash from a cigarette. Gross! Owners are super unfriendly and racist. They acted like they didn’t need my business when taking my order and did not even say hello. They rushed me and treated me badly. when I complained, they said too bad and then they said some insults in Vietnamese.

On oct 15 at 11:35 I went to order a breakfast sandwich, and I noticed there was little flies /bugs flying inside the cabinet, where they keep the croissants bagels Apple turnovers etc. When I confronted The Lady she told me there wasn’t bugs and that she didn’t grab it from the tray she got it from the container. I told her I seen the other Worker grab grab it from the tray. She tried to tell me that I didn’t see him grab it there. She got upset because I told her I didn’t want it no more and I want my money back. She was very rude about it. There was another customer, a gentleman that placed an order of a croissant she grabbed the croissant from the same tray where all the bugs were flying around and sold it to him. What really got me upset was that she was trying to lie about the bugs and still wanting me to pay for my sandwich ? I will never be going back there again

Food wasn't good. Bagels were inedible. Muffin was good. I ordered plain bagel with cream cheese and strawberry jam and they gave a plain bagel with garlic and strawberry cream cheese. I also ordered cinnamon crunch with walnut cream cheese and it was rancid. I thought it had a shot of rum but I realized it was just really old ?

The staff is rude, the food is not great at all, and the place has some sanitary issues. Go to the cafe up the street, nicer staff and better food there.

Amazing bagel sandwiches! Highly recommend the fiesta bacon. The bagels were so much better than any of the other west coast places I’ve tried. Definitely coming back next time we are in town.

Every time my wife comes home with bagels she complains about the poor service she gets at the shop. The woman behind the counter is always unpleasant to her but today she was more so than usual. In addition to her overall rudeness, my wife asked for a specific bagel 3x only to be ignored. Are customers so easy to come by that you can treat them so poorly ALL THE TIME? Either way, the woman behind the counter needs to find another line of work where shes not dealing with the public, maybe at a funeral home?

Horrible service, the woman helping my dad was very rude and dismissive like if he was bothering her. My dad is the sweetest person so for him to say she was rude and bothered says something. My croissant sandwich was very messily put together, falling apart and soggy. I asked for mayo there was no mayo and it was just completely sloppy. I will not be coming back here.
