Horrible service, the woman helping my dad was very rude and dismissive like if he was bothering her. My dad is the sweetest person so for him to say she was rude and bothered says something. My croissant sandwich was very messily put together, falling apart and soggy. I asked for mayo there was no mayo and it was just completely sloppy. I will not be coming back here.

Always delicious, always quick service and the coffee is surprisingly good . My favorite is their lox bagel -but they really layer on the cream cheese so unless you love cream cheese be super clear you want a light layer

Unfortunately, I never even tried their bagel because the worker sneezed onto it. They handed me my the bagel, I went outside, promptly threw it in the trash and went somewhere else. Would not recommend due to cleanliness/hygiene issues.

Cute small shop on the corner. They have seating both inside and outside. They sell bagels, croissant sandwiches, coffee, milk tea, and more! We got the BTS and Croissant sandwich with sausage egg and cheese. Both were delicious. Loved the three cheese bagel that my sandwich was on. Went on a Sunday morning and they got quite busy by the time we got our order (around 9am or so). Considering how busy it was, they were pretty fast.

Great bagel spot. Not sure about the one star haters but the ladies here are fast, efficient and friendly. Bagels and produce are always fresh, portioning on point. This is my go-to bagel spot downtown.

I ordered a strawberry croissant and a plain bagel with creame cheese to go, both not toasted. He started to toast my bagel and ireminded him I didn't want it toasted. He looked at me and smiled and toasted it anyway. He gave me the bagel but no strawberry croissant. He the charged me for the croissant that he forgot about and then toasted the croissant too. Apparently they have a communication problem. They also advertise "New York" style bagels. Not even close. They are just baked bread in a round circle.

Service is what made me decide never to come back here. Lady behind the counter had "I'd rather still be in bed" written on her face. Not welcoming at all, rushing you to decide on your order and was just completely rude. I felt bad to have ever patronize this business. First & last time. Remember, simple kindness goes a long way.
