Placed a mobile order on Christmas Day around 9:00 a.m and got charged and sent my confirmation and mobile order number. Went to their location and sat in the drive through line behind several other cars. After about 10 minutes or more we all realized that they weren’t even open. Why would they take my mobile order if they were closed? Usually the mobile app will let you know when they are closed. What was funny was that when I drove by 2 other times later in the morning, they still had a lot of cars sitting in the drive through not knowing they weren't even open.

I’m pissed I went in for pancakes but I get nor syrup nor do I get butter 😒 how the hell do you expect me to enjoy my food now. Make sure you check you’re bags when going here.

Very good McDonald's. I ordered food to my table trough the app and they brought it without a problem. The only thing I would point out is that the man's bathroom ran out of soap.

We specifically at the window clarified that we wanted a UNSWEET ICE TEA and gave us sweet ice tea.

Called regarding our cold/stale order and the girl who answered didn't know what was going on. I had to explain repeatedly so I asked to speak with her supervisor. She then claimed to be the manager, but could not understand my question or concern due to not understanding English. We ended our call not addressing the issue and confused.

Don't even bother going to this McDonald's. So many customers complaints. Customers don't get their orders right and on time. Delivery orders through Ubereats, Doordash, Grub, etc. aren't successful and these experiences are horrible for delivery drivers as it affects their performances even though it's not their fault.

I’m mean I’m rating this compared to McDonalds, not restaurants in general. We all know what we’re in for when we indulge in the guilty pleasure of a Mickey Ds. It was a quiet morning, there was an oldies get together, it was clean enough. Didn’t have an employee interaction because they clearly want you to use the app. The food (breakfast menu) was as you’d expect although the hash browns seem to get smaller and smaller but that’s not necessarily a bad thing for the good of the world. Atmosphere? I mean who goes to a McD for that. You go to fill a hole in your stomach, not your soul. Anyways 5 stars for a McDonalds you expect.

I ordered two meals and a fry and they forgot my 2nd fry. It's always this specific location messes up when I order lunch.
I bought an ice cream at McDonald’s and noticed that the color and texture were not normal. I mentioned it to the guy who served me, named Vayro, and he told me that the machine wasn’t working properly and wasn’t cooling as it should. I don’t understand why they’re still selling ice cream if they know the machine isn’t working. He didn’t do anything to fix the situation and completely ignored me. In the end, I had to throw the ice cream away because it was for my child and it wasn’t safe to eat. Very disappointing experience.
