My recent visit to McDonald's left me thoroughly dissatisfied. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a series of issues.Firstly, my order was incorrectly prepared not just once, but twice. To make matters worse, I observed another customer receiving a similarly flawed order, raising concerns about the overall accuracy of the service.On top of that, the Big Mac I ordered failed to meet the usual standards. Not only did it lack the expected taste, but it also left me with stomach discomfort afterwards.This experience falls below the standard I've come to expect from McDonald's, and I hope this feedback prompts necessary improvements in service and quality.

Heads up. When you buy a breakfast meal which has a photo on the board of breakfast sandwich, hash browns and orange juice...they add another separate cost for the orange juice! Excuse me...? Isn't that what the photo is showing me with the price next to it? How's that legal ?

easy to find parking spaces. service and staffs are just ok. some tables were dirty at that time. ordered big breakfast with hotcakes and hot caramel macchiato and will say all are just ok. the sausage is salty. my suggestion is cut into pieces and eat together with scrambled eggs because the scrambled eggs is just tasteless...

Awful experience! We came here for the Happy Meal Halloween buckets specifically. There was a picture on the menu board for them. My husband ordered three for our kids. He paid, got to the second window and they handed him 3 Nerf happy meals. He questioned them and they said they ran out of Halloween buckets. They should have made that clear prior to ordering because we would have gone to a different McDonald's. My husband got home and there were Christmas toys inside of the Nerf Happy Meals. So very disappointing! $17. This was supposed to be a special treat for my kids. I called the restaurant 5 times to complain and no one answers. I will never visit this location again.

The app encountered an error when I tried to order a free sandwich. When I approached the counter to redeem it, the woman there was rather rude, stating, "I don't control the app, there's nothing I can do." This situation has occurred to me in other locations, and typically, the managers have comped the sandwich in such cases. It's frustrating to accumulate all those points only to lose them due to an app error and be told that there's nothing that can be done. I prefer not to make a big scene, so I'm simply leaving this review.
