“I’ve had to come to this store several times, but the manager who was there today always has a bad attitude, ignoring you and staying glued to the screen, even when there’s only one ticket. I understand that they need to meet the times on the screen, but she should be a bit more polite since she completely ignores you. I know customer service can be tough, but if we don’t like it, maybe it’s not a good idea to be in that position.”

They are never open when they say they are. They say they are open 24 hours but if you go anywhere close to midnight the workers inside will simply ignore you and pretend like they are closed.

Wednesday January 22nd 2025 I JUST came from the drive thru… that apparently ISNT opened 24hours. A lady asked how can I help you and then just left. We pulled up to the window and this man said they were closed

Food was decent. Had the 20 piece nuggets. Service was good. As far as atmosphere goes, was ok as there was a small group arguing but the staff had control over the situation.
The website says it’s open 24 hours, we hit the drive-thru at 4:45 am on the way to the airport to get ready for a long flight, and the lady says they are closed until 5am. Now we don't get to eat breakfast. Thanks McDonald’s!

They confuse people with their 24-hour schedule and it is closed, they have to change it

Ordered 2 large ice Carmel coffees. Had to park and wait for them to bring out iced coffee for over 7 mins. Then gave me 2 large iced chocolate coffees, I had to send them back, brought the two large ice Carmel coffees, they were only 3/4 full with no straws. Terrible customer service, having to wait almost 15 mins to get 2 ice Carmel coffees that weren't even full.

Customer service by the team and especially by his “manager” the manager in particular has a very bad attitude, has no manners, is arrogant, is haughty, and RACIST. I went to want to eat and I better left without eating and without ordering because I couldn’t even do that with him. He doesn’t even have his name. And he just turned around and left me ignored.
