Just like other reviews on this restaurant, the food and ambiance is great but the service is severly lacking and unprofessional. I joined my friends after they had already sat down and it took 15 minutes for our server Jack to come by and ask me what I wanted to drink. It was another 15 minutes to get my drink and for him to ask us what we wanted to eat. I was surprised about the slow service since we were seated close to the kitchen entrance and bar. The food is amazing! Tho you need to like small portions and be ok with no French fries with your burger! The drinks are delicious. The service is spotty, sometimes you getting fast service but when they get super busy expect to wait a moment. Love the atmosphere! Great to relax with a friend in the morning or go out to eat with dinner for friends!
Been working in MH for years, and this was my first time at this restaurant. The ambience is really nice and visually pleasing. What caught my eye was the coffee bean roasting machine, which was awesome. My ahi tuna bowl was fresh and nicely done. Cup of coffee was the best.
