I ordered 12 pupusas de chicharon y queso and was really disappointed really greasy no chicharon seemed to just taste like beans on top of that I asked for some sour cream on the side and the lady just looked at me as if she was shocked that I asked for that she held that look the rest of the time as she said that if I want sour cream I would have to pay extra I told her everywhere I had ever been to for pupusas offer sour cream so I left there really annoyed really disappointed on taste and presentation and bad service and I was charged damn near 80.00 for the pupusas I will never go here again! OVER PRICED! BAD SERVICE! BAD TASTE!

I've eaten here a few times and the food is always great and the prices are reasonable. The staff has always greeted me when I come in and the woman that works behind the register is very pleasant. If you're in the mood for Mexican takeout/quick food, this is the best in Morgan Hill.

The food is mediocre at best. What makes no sense is we 2 separate orders that equaled 7 entrees total, over $100+ spent. They gave me a tiny bag of chips (literally 10 chips total!). I asked for more since we made 7 main entrees for 7 adults, but they said no because they only give one bag per customer. I told them their logic makes no sense, had I paid separately (which would also charge them a credit card fee on their end) would they have given me more bags, they said yes. They also only gave 4 plastic small containers for salsa for 7 entrees! Unfortunately we were all disappointed we didn't all get chips or salsa with our meal. We all agreed we won't ever be back all because of their cheapness.

Came in today excited to order some carne asada fries and found out they sold papusas I wanted to give it a try but sadly was extremely disappointed with my food. During the wait for the food I overheard them talking about my papusa as if they had run out of certain supplies it seemed and kept staring over at me and my partner I felt something had went wrong and considered going to ask if something was wrong but I trusted them but they failed to communicate with me the whole time .I ordered a papusa queso & chicharon when I got home I found there was absolutely no meat and the carne asada fries had extremely poor presentation , the avocado was very bruised with gray and black markings only 4 literal pieces of jalapeños. I had to drive all the way back to ask for a full refund and while already being very frustrated with the food the lady helping me made matters worse she greeted me with attitude and was very condescending, she kept rambling on to me about how I looked young and insisted that I listened to “her advice “ ive worked in customer service for 4 years now of course i deal with angry customers from time to time or deal with a refund and the way she handled it was very immature and unprofessional I only asked for a full refund because of how unappetizing the food was and paid 6$ for basically a quesadilla. She was very difficult trying to show me her unopened avacados to show me “how fresh they were “ the interaction lasted almost 10 minutes because of how much she kept trying to lecture me overall very disappointed and unsatisfied with this place and visit , I was hoping to keep supporting this place but after the way I was treated today trust I will not be back and don’t recommend to anyone unless you want to pay for overpriced unsatisfying unappetizing food . I wish I had taken a picture of the food to share but I’ve seen similar reviews already saying they also had no meat in they’re orders

I use to always come here and the food really good. Last night I ordered 2 burritos and asked for no sour cream because I am allergic to sour cream. I confirmed receipt said no sour cream and double checked with lady at register. I came home and started eating and felt sick. I opened burrito up and there was sour cream. I called and they were closed I guess cause they didn't answer. I called back this morning and they hit told me he was sorry for putting sour cream but cannot refund because he is not the owner. He said the owner only there early morning to call back early morning. They just opened! I am very disappointed as this place was my go too place. I've been in bed all night and all morning sick!
Food is so good! The outside and decor is misleading and looks a little dive-y but the food is really good. Order the Chile relleno burrito - it's definitely worth having. Green guacamole salsa is good on everything.
