Employees at this place could use some common sense and customer service. I have been ordering pizza from this place for over 3 years now and for the first time I was given hard time for a pick up that I ordered and paid online. I had the online receipt in my email, app order detail but they insisted on having my photo id for a pickup. I mean what if I sent my daughter to pick up a pizza that I ordered or do you check photo ids when u deliver prepaid orders? That employee was argumentative and literally lost a customer for life.BTW I have been ordering and picking up my online orders just like that for years... never had a problem before.

$45.00 - for a large pepperoni pizza is a complete rip off! I can't believe Mountain Mike's pizza is able to get away with price gouging Morgan Hillians!!! Not worth it.....you can get way better quality pizza from Legends Pizza on Alamaden San Jose or My Pizza in Morgan Hill for that price.Let's put this embezzling fools out of business ;) I'm willing to take over their lease on the corner of Conduit m, open a new pizza joint, with quality pizza and fair prices to offer the community. Shame on these thieves (smh) ?

Just purchased food from this pizza establishment for the first time ever and it was bad. Their website was quite misleading when it comes to pictures and description. I ordered a small pizza because according to them it contains 10 slices. So for $21.99 I ordered their small and when I received it, my goodness what a joke! The slices were the size for a toddler. This size was more of an individual pizza maybe an inch larger in diameter than individual. The flavor of the pizza was just ok, nothing exciting , the pizza sauce didn't taste very good. Everything tasted basic. But good grief $22 for this?! I also ordered their 6 piece wings for $12 and it was meh. Not worth the $12 at all. I ordered their "new" menu item the garlic knots and geez when I opened the box , it looked like a pile of mushed up dough that they topped with cheese , not worth the $12 as well. Lastly we also ordered the mozzarella sticks 8pieces for $10 and very sad to say my kids hated it. The cheese inside was cold. That's horrible. We stuck it in our airfryer to warm up the cheese inside. For an over $60 dinner, it was very disappointing. Quality and quantity was quite lacking to say the least. We will not be returning to this establishment or franchise altogether.

Please train employees to realize when they see no toilet paper in stall to fill it! Was in restroom and saw staff see that there was no TP and walk away an hour later it's still empty.

Place is filthy. All the tables are dirty. There’s garbage under the table I was in so I moved Loren are sticky tables are sticky. The guy who serve me, didn’t even bring me a plate just a Pizza in the metal plate that it comes on.

The pizza was great. Tons of toppings which was delicious. The crust is my favorite out of the pizza parlors around here. Unfortunately, it's overpriced at $25 for a MEDIUM pizza. For 2 people at 2 medium pizzas, 2 drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks, we were at $86 for one night. Super prohibitive unless you are one of the few who can eat a slice or 2 and have leftovers for 6 meals.
