Food was great however 1 package sauce for 4 rolls is not enough. No plates, no forks, no napkins It was hot. And tasty driver delivered good

I like the food but I found that even if you went an hour+ before closing they don't refill the tea which is a bummer if you can't drink beverages with sugar. But other than that really good!

Soggy orange chicken and the cashier Jonathan was very rude to me when I had asked for chopsticks. Gilroy location is much better and worth the drive every time.

if you see a manager names Jeanne working in a black shirt DO NOT ORDER! she will give you the smallest portions even though you pay extra for "premium" proteins! i got one piece of chicken when i ordered the chicken teriyaki, then when i questioned the portion size she ignored me and continued to walk to the back left corner to her computer.

This spot is a joke been coming here for quite some time, and every time they are out of food portions and they make you wait 10-15 minutes today I had a case where I was waiting almost 20 minutes after paying while the clerk at the register was helping costumers and my food was ready and sitting on the side, and their chow-mein should be called chow-green how much salad they started adding it’s horrible this location will not see me anytime time soon.

Everything was fresh and tasted great. I was also able to observe how the temperature of the food was controlled. Presumably to see if everything is still warm enough.

The staff was friendly, when they were ready to help me. I walked in and was greeted with a brief smile but had to wait about 6 minutes before verbally being acknowledged. A small "We'll be right with you" would have been a warmer welcome. They appeared to be barely be opening and setting up as there were only a handful of options ready to serve about 10:40am (our arrival), but they had opened at 10am. We had to wait for some of the entrees we chose (about 15min), but more than expected and without a wait time provided. If I had been given the estimated ready time, I likely would have adjusted my options.Besides a few hard crunchy rice bites the food was great and will possibly visit again.

Vegetarian options: Steamed vegetables, white and fried rice, chowmein, cheese ragoons, and fried veggie spring rolls (egg rolls)

Parking: Location is inside a plaza, so plenty of parking spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Fast food family restaurant

I had lunch earlier this afternoon and the service was great. The food was the best food I have ever eaten at a Panda Express. Truly appreciate the delicious lunch! Thank you Guys.

Always a dice roll innit: Your experience is purely a reflection of how the place is operated. Went in an hour before close. Food options were begging for reinforcements ( or at the very least a little encouragement ). Half of it gone, the other have overdone and crusted onto the side of their respective pans like eye mucus on a flu ridden morning. The employee was extremely melodramatic and apathetic but I'll give him the benefit of the doubt because he looked like a fan of The Smiths.
