I’ve been coming here since I’ve moved to MH two years ago. My favorite menu item is the beef stew. I recently tried the garlic noodles with stir fry filet minon bites and it was delicious. My daughter loves the fried egg rolls. The owner is very kind and the atmosphere is always great. I recommend for anyone to go. They have a little bit of everything and so many pho options as well.

I really like how this place feels quaint and old school, like a shop that’s clearly been around for a long time. The owner greeted me right away, was very friendly, complimented my car, and we chatted a bit before I ordered.

I got the Saigon special pho dac biet with the whole rib, the Hao special pork banh mi, and a taro shake with boba pearls.

Starting with the taro boba shake, Vietnamese places really do shakes well and this one was no exception. Not too sweet, very smooth, and the boba was good. Easy 10 out of 10 for the drink.

The banh mi was a pleasant surprise. They are not a banh mi focused shop, but they make a really solid one. The bread had great texture, crispy on the outside and not soggy inside. There were enough vegetables and the meat was cooked perfectly. Is it the absolute best banh mi I have ever had? No. But is it up there with some of the better ones I have tried? Definitely.

The pho had very generous portions. The rib was massive, there were plenty of noodles, and a lot of broth. The broth itself was light but very refreshing and well balanced. The meat tasted good and the noodles were cooked properly, not clumpy or overdone. The rib meat slid right off the bone, which was great.

My only small issue was that the thinner cuts of meat and rare flank were already in the bowl when it was served. Their broth is extremely hot, so it cooked the meat very quickly, making it a bit harder to eat at first. I think placing those meats on top would improve the experience.

Overall, this is a hidden gem for pho in Morgan Hill and will definitely be one of my go to spots moving forward.

Before heading to the park, we swung by Pho Saigon Corner—and it was the perfect fuel-up spot! The kids were all smiles, devouring crispy noodles and fried rice like it was their new favorite tradition.
The staff were nice, even bringing a few extra bowls to make sharing easier for our little ones. We’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointed with my experience at PHO Saigon Corner. I ordered the Spicy Thai Eggplant with Tofu online, where the menu clearly listed it at $13.95. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was charged $18.51 — nearly $5 more than the listed price.

It turns out they do not update their online menu when prices go up, which is incredibly unprofessional. On top of that, they charge extra for takeout, add a credit card fee, and none of this was mentioned by the staff when I placed the order. It feels misleading and disrespectful to customers.

To make things worse, the dish itself was dry and bland — definitely not worth the inflated price.

With so many better, more transparent restaurants out there, I won’t be returning. PHO Saigon Corner has lost my trust.
