The food and service were ahead of my expectations. I surely liked the atmosphere of this restaurant. Amazing restaurant to take my family out for dinner.

I ordered pizza online at 7:08pm, it was supposed to be ready at 7:25pm. I came in at 7:21pm & I saw my name on the board and then I saw ready at the correct time. I waited for 14 minutes past that & finally asked where is my pizza. The guy told me it's in the oven and will be right up. I waited another 5 minutes and then he says, actually he forgot to put in your order. We can offer you a refund and cancel or a free two litter. Why would I cancel my order after waiting for so long already and a free two litter, is that like 1.50?! I took the two litter but honestly it should have been a better offer for how long I waited. It took my order 30 minutes past the stated time which I thought was ridiculous. I think this Pizza Hut is off of my ordering list for quite a while.
