They served spoiled masago eggs to me before. I kept getting incorrect orders online all the time. I went in person and they always have rude teens that work there. I would not recommend this location just go to San Jose. I have not visited for months now and will not be going there anymore.

Food is terrible. Everything tastes like the restaurant smells and that’s like an old sock. The people that work there don’t give af about their job. Restaurant looks like someone’s garage. Beware – Dishonest Behavior from the Owner!
I had an unfortunate experience that involved the owner of this restaurant. I accidentally left my phone at Restaurant Depot, and when I tracked it using Find My Device, I saw that it had been taken and was now at this restaurant.
When I went inside and asked the staff if anyone from their team had been to Restaurant Depot that day, they mentioned their owner had gone. When we confronted him, he admitted to taking my phone and returned it only when asked.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable. I would never support a business where the owner takes something that doesn’t belong to them. Be cautious when dealing with this place.

February, 2025 - I’ve been to a number of PokeBowl locations and this one is terrible. Slimy and old tasting fish for over $20 for a regular bowl. When they first opened it was decent quality as expected but now you can tell they don’t care for quality.

Got the large bowl with half greens andhalf sushi rice with salmon and everything on it. It was delicious next time I will just get the imitation crab and seaweed salad. Those two were my favorite. The serving was large and I could not finish all of it.

The owner drives around in a brand new GL63 Mercedes-Benz AMG which is a $150,000+ vehicle and she skimps on portions. I'm talking putting the S in skimp y'all. Like two cubes of fish per scoop skimping.
This also happens specifically with the Indian girl working there and has happened on 3 different occasions.

I like this poke restaurant because it is kept really clean. They also have spam musabi and ceviche! I think the food is good and fresh and I love the seaweed salad on my bowls. Some of the staff is younger and as a mom you have to be patient as there are a lot of kids in towns who are working their first jobs. We want to keep the places that are good thriving in our town as we don’t have very many options.

I have been to this store tons of times(at least 20+). I am extremely satisfied with this store until this very visit. Previously staff (Management seems to have changed all the staff) are all ok with the extra scoop of imitation crab meat (total 2 scoops) instead of 1 scoop crab meat 1 scoop avocado. Seems like they changed the policy and i guess they think avocado is cheaper than imitation crab meat afterall.Portion size have also been much smaller buying the regular bowl is equivalent to the large bowl in portion sizes, will not be revisiting them for a period of time. Their salmon is also not as fresh as before. Disappointing overall

It was my first time here and I was a little confused as to how to order. The two girls working were nothing but kind and helpful. On top of that the food was very fresh and tasty, definitely coming back! 10/10
Portions of fish are always inconsistent. Also, the octopus was chopped into completely different size pieces.The girl working there who claims to be the manager gave me the worst attitude when I asked about this.

I've been going to their San Jose location for years and after covid, I noticed their quality go out the door. Yesterday was my third time at the Morgan Hill location and every time its been a horrible experience. I wanted to give them another try but its always the same. The quality of the food is terrible, its not fresh at all, the sauces have zero taste. The overall taste of everything is horrible. The young girl that was there has horrible attitude. Last time I spend my 20$ for a bowl here.
