Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We went on a non busy day our food was cold, burgers weren't fully cooked our server would avoid our table as much as they could i had to literally get up and hunt down any server for them then to tell me I'll find your server to then disappear too. The service sucked, our food was again undercooked and cold and soggy by the time we got it, and we paid through the nose for garbage! My family and I were so disappointed we vowed to never come back ever. The very first time we had ever been there and this was the last time. I was disgusted by the lack of quality in the food, they need to change there slogan from Red Robin yumm, to Red Robin YUUUCK! if you're serving cold and undercooked food, especially chicken tenders there's an issue with that. They need to reevaluate this franchise and make it better. It ruined my son's 18th birthday. Even the Mac and cheese he ordered came out of the bowl completely that's how solid cold it was, we paid our $180 check for 5 people which was ridiculous and then for the system to ask for a $30 tip for a non existent server, ha! Ridiculous prices, for crappy cold food. I could've gotten a better burger at in-n-out.

Friggin' SCRUMPTIOUS... OH MAH GARSH ..!!! It's that fry sauce... I mean I could literally just drink that stuff and be happy about it lolol

It's a chain, but if you gotta do a chain this is the one to do. The food is always good and they have great service at the Morgan hill location. The fries keep me coming back. Fries are endless, although the amount they serve with meal to start is so little. Good news is they bring more if you ask.

We had the $9.99 deal which included a delicious hamburger fries and a soft drink. Candy at McDonald's for that price and it's far better.

Never had been to a Red Robin before. Food was mediocre, and the service was the same. If not worse. Although they are very nice, but need some help in the remembering part of the job. Coffee is horrendous, even after they made a brand new pot. More like coffee flavored water. And again to their credit, they were very nice, and they took it off the bill. But don't order their coffee because it's a total waste of time.

Great service,very friendly! Needed to use the restroom on the way to Monterey, ordered pretzel bites and cheese appetizer (The Best Pretzel Bites I've ever had! Not too Doughty top was very crispy!)
They were ready in less than 10 min. Look forward to going back for a gourmet cheeseburger, haven't had one since Red Robin left the Newpark Mall in Newark,CA. Stop by and let us know what you think!

Great place to take the family. Awesome service and plenty of selections for all. The fries are pretty damn tasty - go bottomless! The Scorpion sauce is favorable as a dipping choice! This location is well kept and clean. Joshua, Staff Server, was awesome and attentive! Thank you for a great first visit and we will be back!

First, I would like to say I’ve been to this location multiple times and never had an issue before. This most recent visit, however, was just awful. When we got there, we were set to order the advertised deal, but were told we couldn’t, because they didn’t have the “right sized patties,” and needed to get more, and we were told to order off the main menu. Weird, but we understand sometimes certain products just run out.

The demeanor of the server, though, made it very clear he didn’t want to be there, and didn’t want to be serving us, or seemingly anyone else. The server passed us by multiple times before even putting silverware and napkins on the table, and then passed us by a few more times before asking for our drinks. When we were finally able to order, he seemed very bothered and impatient, even though we ordered quickly. When he brought our food and an extra basket of fries, he practically “tossed” the food on the table and walked away, the first time almost before we could ask for straws and dipping sauce, and the second time before we could ask for refills. We were there an hour, and only received our initial drinks, no refills at all. A manager did come by to check on us once, in the very beginning, but then nothing after that. We’d understand limited service if it was a busy night, but we were one of only three or four tables he was serving. After receiving an extra basket of fries, only a short time after our meal was quite literally “dropped” off, we didn’t receive any further attention for about fifteen minutes. We had planned to get dessert, but frankly didn’t want to wait another 20+ minutes, so we finally left.

Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and we’ll be thinking twice before returning.

My work takes past Morgan Hill often. I was actually going to stop at a different restaurant when I spotted Red Robin. I was not disappointed. I had a great burger with a salad on the side. Service was very attentive.
