We were dining at the restaurant next door. Kids “subtly” made us realize there is an ice cream store right next to us. Ordered the choco loco along with a scoop of plain vanilla ice cream. There was a slight mix up and they started making 2 rolled ice creams. The owner was very courteous and offered a partial refund. I declined because I was still getting a product that I paid for, but I appreciate the gesture. The ice cream was really good. The kids didnt have any trouble finishing their big serving. I still had to make sure I get my dad tax 😃

HORRIBLE SERVICE! Worst service ever received! I had been here with my sister and her friend and we had been waiting for two rolled ice creams for over 45 minutes!!!! Do not come when in a rushed and overpriced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The ice cream here was delicious and it was so cool to watch them make it. I got the Cookie Monster ice cream and the Pandan mochi Waffles. Hands down best Mochi Waffles I’ve ever had. Be sure to eat them fresh! The ice cream hit the spot too.

Really enjoyed this spot. The staff was friendly and the owner was cool (he even let us try a sample of something he's working on for the future). The boba and ice cream were solid. I had the lychee mint lemonade and it hit the spot, super refreshing.

Snowee Rolls is a great dessert/drink shop. Besides the amazing Snowee Rolls, they offer shaved ice, scoop ice cream, iced coffee, mochi waffles, smoothies, milk tea, and signature beverages.
If you’re ever in downtown Morgan Hill, I encourage you to stop in and try the Nutella Dream!!

I came on my lunch break there was two girls in front of me the the girl working took about 30 minutes. we wait about 30-40 mins for two ice creams. Knowing it would take thing long i would have avoided coming, and you can only pick two toppings for ice cream.
Nice custom ice cream that’s reallly creamy! Would go back for sure!

The staff here were extra attentive to my daughter with celiac disease (no gluten). They understood the seriousness of celiac and went out of their way to make sure they could provide her with a safe treat. They did a special cleaning of the surface where they make the ice cream rolls to ensure there wasn't any gluten from a previous order, and even went to the back to pull out the bottle of pandan flavoring to double-check the ingredients list. We really appreciated their special attention to ensure the safety of my daughter :)
