My daughter and her lacrosse team tried Snowee for a fun team experience and we loved it so much we returned for a second night of rolled ice cream. This time though, my 10 year old tried ordering from a kiosk, because she had no experience in working the screen, her order never came through. She waited and waited then inquired. The manager felt so bad, he quickly sprung into action and made her’s on the spot and made her smile with his jokes. He made her feel so important. I’ll never forget his effort. The time we were there I noticed how much he cared about each customer and how he was determined to mentor each young person working there. It’s a busy place, that’s not easy. Snowee is worth visiting and it’s worth saying this seems like a wonderful small business worth supporting. Thank you and see you next time!

I got a vanilla ice cream with condensed milk mando and mango popping boba it was one of the best ice creams I have had. My sister got a thai tea ice cream and she really loved it. We also got a lemonade that was sour in the best way possible. We also got a coconut pandan drink that was super delicious. The manager/owner was super kind and talked to us about how the ice cream was made and the different drinks they had, he was so kind it made our day. I live out of town from here but if I ever am in town this is a place I have to come back to.

My wife likes going to this place for their sugar cane drink. Surprisingly this place is better than the ones in San Jose. The juice is freshly squeezed and they take care not to over use the sugar cane. They never add any fillers like the other place in San Jose. I’ve tried the ice cream a couple times too and those are great
