Got my order wrong twice. First time got wrong drink, then pointed it out only to discover once in my car and down the highway that my drink was even more wrong, as my coffee frap had no coffee in it.

Instead of rectifying the situation. The owner just sends you a link to the regular Starbucks main website. Ridiculous. Definitely won't be going here ever again. So rude, & disrespectful. At this point, it's like I was stolen from.

This is a really nice Starbucks. Lots of parking, very close to 101, and open long hours. They also had a lot of merchandise and a restroom. They can make mobile orders in personal cups, which is pretty cool. We had the new lavender latte, which I think tasted like soap. Located behind the Walgreens.

Wheelchair accessibility: Very roomy Starbucks inside. No drive through, though.
