This is a really nice Starbucks. Lots of parking, very close to 101, and open long hours. They also had a lot of merchandise and a restroom. They can make mobile orders in personal cups, which is pretty cool. We had the new lavender latte, which I think tasted like soap. Located behind the Walgreens.Parking: Park behind the Walgreens.Wheelchair accessibility: Very roomy Starbucks inside. No drive through, though.

Instead of rectifying the situation. The owner just sends you a link to the regular Starbucks main website. Ridiculous. Definitely won't be going here ever again. So rude, & disrespectful. At this point, it's like I was stolen from.

Coffee tastes like syrup and water. Coffee watered down like no tomorrow. Can't even smell coffee when you walk inside the store. If water had a smell that's what it smells like. Customer service very poor. Ruins my day every time I say let's give this Starbucks location another try and sure enough either the coffee or the service ruinssss my day!

Mobile orders are always 20 plus minutes. Don't count on this shop if you need your order in a reasonable amount of time. Workers are young which means they spend time catering to their friends instead of your order.

This is one of my "go to" stops when I'm in the area. It's near a gas station and close to the freeway.Customer Service is pleasant and always helpful. Parking is easy.They are pretty fast at preparing the orders, even if there is a line.My usual order is an Americano, Flat White, hot chocolates and bacon egg bites for the family.Quality is consistent and up to par with what to expect from Starbucks.

Had a mobile order, took about 20 minutes to make after ordering. My sister ordered about 8 minutes after my mobile order and she had her drink within minutes. I had to get up and ask about my order. An Asian Barista with glasses attended my question and annoyingly said I'm the only one at the bar when there was no one in line and about 2 people waiting for their drinks. There was another worker who I don't know why wasn't or supposedly wasn't on drinks helping this barista. When my drink was ready this rude Barista turned her back to me. Worst experience at any Starbucks. I'll think twice before coming here again.
Came here with my husband. He went in to get his coffee and the young female Asian barista was very blatantly racist. Very cold, starting angrily. They messed his order up 3 times - made his drink twice cold incorrect then made a hot one. His order? An Iced caramel macchiato with oat milk, no whip cream. Simple enough eh? The really messed up part? There was a middle eastern man in there at the same time and he was treated poorly also. I suggest you all work on not allowing your personal biases seep through to your professional life. It's 2023 and there are Black people FREE. Good day to you all.

We were about to go ice skating when we felt like buying hot cocoa. We saw this on Yelp and had to try it although reviews were bad. It was actually decently good. It was so fast. Like a minute later after we ordered everything was done. The lady at the register was actually really nice. The inside was decently decorated. Had paintings and cool displays.
